Shipping policy
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible during our working days (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched, and check your junk folder in case dispatch notifications have arrived there instead of your inbox. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within these times, this can sometimes take longer during busy period such as Black Friday and during the festive period. In addition, where we are not able to dispatch orders for a temporary period of time i.e illness or short vacations, you will still be able to place orders during these times but please pay notice to information banners on the website with updated processing time-frames. Most items bough individually are packaged in large letter envelopes to enable them to fit through most standard UK letter boxes.

Domestic shipping
For domestic orders, standard shipping is for 2nd class postage, which usually takes 2-5 business days following dispatch to arrive. At checkout, we offer upgrades to 1st class and tracked shipping which usually take 1-3 business days after dispatch to arrive. Due to any possible postal delays being out-with our control, these delivery times are offered as estimated only and we cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates nor be held accountable for orders not delivered within these time frames. Occasionally, the postal service can take a little longer to deliver your parcels. They advise to please wait the below time-frames before an investigate can be logged for possible postal loss:
1st class - after 11 working days
2nd class - after 13 working days

Please note that if you have not selected tracked postage you will not receive a tracking number, although we are provided with a delivery confirmation number for all orders. At our discretion, domestic orders may be upgraded to tracked or signed for postage.
International shipping
International orders are shipped with tracked shipping as standard to enable you to be updated on your parcel's location as it travels to you. In some circumstances where shipping providers do not offered tracked shipping within your country, signed for delivery will be selected instead. International orders usually take 1-3 weeks following dispatch to arrive, however, shipping providers state that delivery can take up to 6 weeks. Of course, if you have not received your parcel by the end of this time-frame, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Upon arrival to the destination country parcel's may be liable for sales and duty tax. It is the customers responsibility to ensure these are paid accordingly and that import rules within your country are complied with.
Changing address
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address and contact details they provide are correct and complete. If you have accidentally provided the wrong address for your order please contact us as soon as possible. What action we can take will depend on the status of your order. If you order has not been dispatched and we have not yet purchased postage, we are happy to alter the address for your package. If your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to alter the address, and are not able to intervene with delivery. If postage has already been purchased for this order, you will have to pay for new postage to the desired address. This also applies to orders which have been returned to us due to an incorrect/ insufficient address being provided, where additional postage is required due to the initial postage being used.
